Frames from the short film Silent Barriers. A story built around connection, silence, and a lead performance told entirely through sign language, which made for a really unique cinematography challenge in framing, pacing, and coverage.

Shot on RED Komodo X + DZO Arles primes including a rented 180mm Arles that gave us a few unreal sunset moments.

Feeling incredibly grateful to have been a part of this one 🎥 a few frame grabs straight out of my RED for an upcoming short written by my homie @kat_leidlein

Shot on my RED and DZO Arles lenses and we spent most of the film working inside super tight NYC compact spaces, which turned into one of the most fun challenges I’ve had in a while. Also, quietly obsessed with how much mileage we got out of the new Colborlight compact hazer on this one. Small tools, big atmosphere 💨
